How scalable is the Receipt Locker solution?

The Receipt Locker solution is designed to handle the receipt volume of the largest retailers in the world. We have done load testing for 50,000,000 receipts per day with sporadic bursts in traffic representative of real-world scenarios. 50,000,000 is an estimate based on a retailer with 5,000 transactions per day in a single store, with 10,000 total stores.

We are very time conscious, does this solution add any time to the checkout process at the point of sale?

No, from the beginning we designed our solution to require no additional interaction between the consumer and the checker.  We integrate with your existing loyalty program, so if a consumer simply gives their telephone number or swipes their loyalty card, their receipt will be posted to the web-based loyalty program portal that you already provide.

Can the receipt still print as normal? Can it also get uploaded to their online Receipt Locker?

Yes, you can make this the default or give the cashier the option at the end of the transaction to either Physical Print Only, Both, or Digital Print Only.

Can you email the receipt to the consumer, or do they need to login to our online portal?

Yes, in fact the consumer can choose if they'd like every receipt automatically emailed, receive an email notification that just lets them know that a new receipt has been added, or even select a text message notification.
